The Shoppes at Pinellas Park Set To Expand
The Shoppes at Park Place in Pinellas Park may soon expand with a drive-thru bank, 120-room hotel and roughly 28,000 square feet of new retail space.

This project took a key step forward after the Pinellas Park Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved site plan changes on March 5.
The property would also have more parking available than the city requires.
The goal? To make Park Place a more family-friendly destination as part of Belleair Development Group’s larger effort.
